Delete your FerroLady account

In FerroLady, open Settings and choose Delete account. You can export your records first. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, recorded entries and stored reports from the app’s active database.

The account deletion process also removes your sign-in account and requests removal of the customer record held by RevenueCat. Processor outages can delay these steps. Contact us if deletion does not complete.

Account deletion ends access to any Recovery Pass on the account. It does not request a refund or erase transaction records retained separately by Apple or Google.

Cannot sign in?

Email admin@royalnationllc.com from your account email and request account deletion. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Do not send your password, sign-in codes or health records.
